David Camp
David Camp is a graduate of Washington University School of Law and received his undergraduate degree in mathematics at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. He is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court of the Eastern District of Missouri and
the Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals.
From 1998 through 2002, he served as a Staff Attorney and later the Managing Attorney for Gateway Legal Services, Inc., a not-for-profit legal aid organization. From 2002 through 2004, he served as law clerk to The Honorable Richard B. Teitelman of
the Supreme Court of Missouri. From 2004 through 2008, he was an attorney at Stone, Leyton & Gershman, A Professional Corporation. In January 2008, David began practicing Social Security administrative law as the owner of Access Disability, LLC,
a law firm that focuses on the representation of disabled claimants.
While at Access Disability, LLC, he has represented more than 1,000 claimants before the Social Security Administration and has taken dozens of claims to the U.S. District Court. David is a member of the Missouri Bar Association, the Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis (where he chairs the Administrative Law Committee) and the National Organization of Social Security Claimants’ Representatives. He is a Past President of the Missouri Lawyers Trust Account Foundation. He also serves on the
board and is a co-chair of The Positive Family Enterprise.
David is a member of West’s Social Security Advisory Board, and is the author of the Current News, a Thompson-West publication concerning Social Security law. He was the recipient of the 2004 Social Security Regional Commissioner’s Public Service Award. He has authored an article on Social Security law for the Saint Louis Bar Journal, has lectured at many national Social Security conferences and presented more than twenty continuing legal education programs on disability law, ethics and legal writing. He has also lectured at Washington University’s Center for New Institutional Social Sciences on health-care legislation.

Brigid McNamara
Brigid McNamara graduated from

both Missouri and Massachusetts, as well as the U.S. District Court.
From 2005 through 2008, she was an attorney at Stone, Leyton and Gershman, A Professional Corporation, where Brigid
practiced in the areas of Social Security administrative law, litigation and appellate law. While at Stone, Leyton and Gershman,
she represented more than 700 claimants before the Social Security Administration.
In January 2008, she began practicing Social Security administrative law as an attorney at Access Disability, LLC, a law firm that focuses on the representation of disabled claimants. While at Access Disability, LLC, she has represented more than 1,000 claimants before the Social Security Administration.
